Please contact our Customer Service Department before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without a valid accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice. Lion & Lion Enterprises, Inc. will not accept returns of opened software, memory, CPUs, or custom orders or build-to-order (BTO) products as these cannot be returned to the manufacturer.

 

Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

 

Manufacturer restrictions apply to all products regardless of when purchased. Any item missing the UPC can only be replaced with the same item. After thirty (30) days, only manufacturers’ warranties apply. Lion & Lion Enterprises reserves the right not to authorize the return of products that are no longer in production, or are being produced or published by a manufacturer or publisher that is insolvent, in bankruptcy, or will not accept returns from Lion & Lion Enterprises.

 

No refunds are issued after 7 days of the order being delivered to the customer. After that time product returns will be either be repaired or replaced at our discretion and under the terms of the products warranties.

 

Lion & Lion Enterprises is confident in the quality of our products. If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days by e-mail at customerservice@lionlion.com. Before returning any product, you must contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, when requesting an RMA please be sure to include the serial and model numbers of the products as well as a description of the problem. The RMA number is good only for one (1) or more items from the same order and must match the product(s) authorized for return. The RMA is valid for ten (10) business days from date of issuance, and must be received within this amount of time. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

 

All returns on non-defective merchandise are subject to a 15% restock fee, shipping fees and low-order fees are non-refundable. All RMA shipments must be sent with a carrier that provides tracking services like FedEx, UPS, or DHL. RMAs shipped via USPS will be refused and returned to sender. Only RMA requests issued by email will be accepted, RMA numbers will not be issued over the phone.
